Retail Service Administrative Assistant
Under the direction of the Retail Sales Manager as well as the Executive Vice President, this position provides broad support for the sales team in a variety of different ways.
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Answering/troubleshooting the incoming service calls and emails
Scheduling local service calls
Data entry of sales etc.
Assist walk-in customers with parts, service needs, troubleshooting, etc.
Use of cash register when needed
Filling out daily paperwork â€“ LSR and WSR forms
Collecting service call payments
Projects as assigned by the sales manager/service supervisor
Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy is a must
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAGE100 or other accounting software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent minimum
Monday â€“ Friday 8am-5pm
$15.00 to $16.00 /hour depending on experience
