MasterSpas Job Opportunities

Be the Reason Production Never Stops.

Every hot tub starts with thousands of individual parts.

The right pump. The right jet. The right control panel.

The right material arriving at exactly the right time.

Behind all of that is someone making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

As a Buyer at MasterSpas, you won't just purchase materials—you'll help keep an entire manufacturing operation moving. Every decision you make impacts production, inventory, supplier relationships, and ultimately the quality of the products our customers enjoy around the world.

If you're someone who loves solving puzzles, negotiating better deals, analyzing data, and finding smarter ways to work, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact every single day.

Build the Strength Behind Every Spa.

Before someone relaxes in a MasterSpas hot tub…

Before a family gathers around it…

Before it ever leaves our factory…

Someone has to build the strength that lasts for years.

That's where the Chop Gun Operator comes in.

This isn't just spraying fiberglass and resin. It's creating the foundation of every spa we build. Every layer you apply helps determine the strength, durability, and quality that thousands of customers will rely on for years to come.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things the right way, and believe quality matters even when no one sees it, this could be the role for you.

Tell Stories That Inspire. Create Content That Moves People.

At MasterSpas, marketing is more than promoting products—it's about helping people imagine a better way to relax, recover, connect, and live life better. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll help bring our brand to life through compelling stories, persuasive messaging, and content that educates, inspires, and builds trust. If you're someone who loves writing, enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content, and gets excited about seeing your work make a measurable impact, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work alongside a collaborative marketing team.

Protect the Product. Deliver the Quality.

A great spa cover doesn't become great by accident. It becomes great because someone takes the time to make sure it's assembled correctly, inspected carefully, and packed to arrive in perfect condition.

As a Packer in our Covers Department, you're the final set of hands that ensures every spa cover leaving our facility meets the quality our customers expect.

The work you do protects one of the most important parts of every hot tub. It helps ensure customers receive a product that's ready to perform from the moment it arrives.

If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and likes being part of a team that builds something real every day, this is a role where your work truly matters.

Get Out of the Warehouse. Be Hands-On. Deliver the Final Product.

At MasterSpas, the delivery experience is just as important as the product itself. As a Delivery Driver & Installation Crew Member, you’ll be the final step in bringing our spas to life—delivering and setting them up for customers in a variety of environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, traveling to different locations, and interacting with customers.

Build Something That Matters

At Master Spas, we don’t just manufacture hot tubs and swim spas—we create products that help people live better, healthier lives. As a Holecut Saw Operator, you play a critical role in that process by preparing spa shells for key components like jets, lighting, and control systems.

If you take pride in hands-on work, value quality, and want to be part of a team that supports each other and builds something meaningful every day, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Keep Production Running. Make a Daily Impact.

At MasterSpas, our production teams rely on well-maintained equipment and facilities to build high-quality products. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where your skills directly impact uptime, efficiency, and overall production success. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing problems, and working with a variety of systems and equipment, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work.

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality products while working alongside a team that values reliability, teamwork, and doing the job right.

Be the Person Who Says, “This Isn’t Leaving Until It’s Right.”

By the time a MasterSpas hot tub reaches Quality Control, dozens of people have already had a hand in building it. But before that spa can move forward, someone has to ask one final question: Is this good enough to have our name on it?

As a Quality Control Auditor, you’ll be one of the people trusted to answer that question. You’ll inspect and test our spas from top to bottom—checking appearance, workmanship, equipment installation, and functionality against MasterSpas’ quality standards. And when something isn’t right, you’ll have the responsibility to catch it, document it, and make sure it gets addressed. This isn't about finding fault for the sake of finding fault. It's about protecting the customer, protecting the people who built the product, and protecting the MasterSpas name.

Keep Inventory Accurate. Keep Production Moving.

At Master Spas, everything starts with the right materials arriving at the right time. As a Receiving Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring production teams have what they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.

Be the Friendly Face That Keeps Everything Running.

Every great customer experience starts long before someone enjoys their hot tub or swim spa—it starts with the people who make every interaction smooth, welcoming, and memorable. As a Retail Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations, supporting customers, assisting our sales team, and helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. If you enjoy staying organized, helping people, and being part of a team where every day is different, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Sell More Than a Spa. Help Someone Create Their Favorite Place to Be.

Most people don't walk into a showroom because they need a hot tub. They walk in because they're imagining something.

A place to unwind after a long day. More time together as a family. Relief for tired muscles. A backyard that finally feels complete.

As a Retail Sales Associate at MasterSpas, your job is to figure out what brought them through the door—and help them find the product that turns that idea into reality.

This isn't about memorizing a sales pitch and pushing the most expensive model on the floor. It's about asking good questions, understanding what matters to the customer, knowing your products, and creating an experience that makes someone feel confident about a major purchase.
